I've always had a variety of brands in my collection, but for Christmas one of my clients gave me a complete Mary Kay brush set. They're the best I've ever had, hands down! And believe me, I've tried most of 'em out there :)

I like MAC's brush set. So cute, so functional, and a nice box, too. But you can get really good brushes for cheap at Target. Don't really like Sonia's brand kit, but the Target individual brushes are really nice.

I have both MAC and Trish McEvoy make-up brush sets. These are good especially the Trish McEvoy concealer application brush, #43 for under-eye. I like the MAC roll-up storage bag for travel/compact storage. Trish McEvoy produces an excellent brush cleanser. Bella!

I recently got the sephora travel set of brushes. I like them a lot. The case is small and perfect for keeping everything together (even at home).

I have a lot of different ones (both loose brushes and sets) but my favorites are by MAC, Sephora, Sonia Kashuk and Tony & Tina, which sadly were discontinued :( The only ones I don't recommend by MAC are their special edition sets, the ones with shorter handles that usually come out around the holidays and/or some collections. They just don't seem to be as good of quality as their regular ones.

I just bought a few christian diors brushes. I got kabuki brush & foundation brush. The brushes are made out of goat and squirrel hair & are cruelty-free (thank god) these brushes are super soft, I absolutely love them.
